We are looking for a Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Afinitas is one of the leaders in selling innovative equipment that is used to produce concrete products such as concrete pipes and manholes.

This position had the following responsibilities and qualifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of CNC machinery

· Troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuit boards to the component level

· Service and repair of CNC equipment, mills, lathes, laser, and plasma cutting machines, presses, electric motors, conveying systems, pneumatic devices, electrical controls.

· Assist in facilities management and maintenance, VBA programming

· Assist in IT department, networking, & systems configuration and install.

· Participate in new equipment and systems integration and installation

· Adjusting/repairing electronically controlled devices, PLC programming

· Perform routine daily maintenance tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be experienced with electronic controls and feedback systems

· Must be experienced with 3-phase and single-phase power distribution, Journeyman status, Associate degree or Technical Institute required

· Must be experienced with CNC machinery, frequency drives, overhead crane, MIG welders, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, general building maintenance, and forklift repair

· Must know how to use precision measuring equipment

· Must be able to read Hydraulic and Electric Blueprints

· Must be comfortable working on manlifts to 35’

· Must have experience with computers, networking, and windows-based software

· Take personal ownership and pride in the quality of work

· Have good housekeeping skills and strict adherence to safety

· Strong verbal and written interpersonal/communication skills required

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities

· Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· Works in a plant/manufacturing environment that involves the use of industrial machinery and chemicals. Employee must be able to correctly wear and use any Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required at the location.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
